make sure that the teacher tells to be quite then finish his work. After that he can play with out fight then give him sticker.

She don't  likes boys and girls. Just her friend Mahra. she don't respect the children.
maybe she have a problem with them
explain for him all student her are friend they are same family. and try to talk with them but not when the teacher talk

He don't write any thing when the teacher tell him he just watch and smiling 
maybe because he is in the low level so he didn't know what the teacher say
put them with good student that he can understand or give more paper or activities.

He talk a lot in class with the student so the student will not listen to the teacher. 
because he like to speak all time
explain for him the rule no speaking when we learn.
